Colorful Salad with Fusilli GREEK FOOD OBSESSIONS! Pate
Start by boiling the fusilli with some drops of Greek Food Obsessions Olive Oil, add Greek Food Obsessions Three Colored Sea Salt with Saffron for the exceptional taste to the spaghetti. Meanwhile in a separate pan prepare the Greek Food Obsessions Beetroot, Feta Cheese and Mint pate that should be cooked in low heat with some drops of Greek Food Obsessions Olive Oil again. Add some squeezed garlic to it. Remove the fusilli from the fire (remove the water) and mix it with the beetroot feta cheese and mint pate you have already prepared. Add some cucumber, some tomatoes and a few green and yellow peppers and finally mint!

Meanwhile marinate the shrimps with Greek Food Obsessions Three Colored Sea Salt with Saffron. Go back to the pan and add the Greek Food Obsessions Tomato and Feta Cheese sauce and mix them well (heat should be high). Add a few fresh tomatoes and for some extra feta taste add some more feta! Add the shrimps on top of that while its getting cooked. Your meal is ready you can either serve this from the pan as we do here in Greece!!

After 10 minutes remove the squid from the pot. Fill the squids with Greek Food Obsessions Spinach and Feta Cheese pate and put them on the pan. Add some virgin olive oil. After some time remove the squids from the pan and you are almost good to go! Put it on a plate and add some tomatoes (small ones), olive oil on top, dill, parsley, sea salt with saffron and feta cheese slices!

Oven Steak with GREEK FOOD OBSESSIONS! Sundried Tomato Paste
Marinate 4 pork steaks with salt, pepper and olive oil. Then simply spread Greek Food Obsessions Sundried Tomato paste with a knife. Pre-heat the oven at 180ºC. Put them in the oven for 15mns and turn for another 15mns.Can be easily served with fried chips, rice or mushed potatoes
